Would you pay to have your neighbors lawn flamingo'd?

Say its their birthday, you pay like between 25 and 35 bucks and we come in and put plastic flamingos and assorted crap in their yard as a prank? (we'll come and remove it later of course) I was laid off and need a creative and somewhat cheap way to make money
