Serious knowledge answers about this Aries Male!?

I loaned him money 2 years ago, which he signed for agreeing to pay me back when his law suit was settled. I was informed by him that it would be settled within the next coming month which would be June, 2011. Nothing he has is in his name, so I have no recourse, unless someone out there has been through this and can give me advice on how I could possibly get my money? This was not a romantic relationship, just helped him out and he said he would pay me back. Is this guy a scam artist, or do Aries just lie to get you off their back OR will an Aries do the right thing and pay me back?
