What city has the Flamingo Dance Shows, Barcelona or Madrid?

I am going to Spain and wanted to know what city has Flamingo Dance Shows that I can go to. I don't have time to visit both cities this year but I really want to see Flamingo. Also which city has the best night life, like jazz and salsa. And which city has the best sea food or restaurants for an American that will try new things but not too exotic food.
