Who do I contact when pastors tell private conversations to others?

Pastors were giving my husband and I marriage counciling. Turns out, the pastors were willing to "tell all" in court, and the other is sharing what I considered privaleged information with community members. This is the ultimate betrayal- is there any recourse, whom do they answer to? Church claims to be "Christian"...Michigan garb for sure! So beware people, ONLY a priest and a confessional is obligated to hold your information securely. The rest of them can tell all!
