Going to Vegas Sept 15-22 and looking for a decet hotel on the strip?

I was looking at Bally, harrahs and Flamingo....but all have bad reviews...Any suggestions on where i should stay othere than these or has anyone stayed at these hotels that can give me sone good insight?
