Why won't Stardoll help us? My daughter's account somehow got deleted and Stardoll refuses to help.?

I have sent Stardoll repeated emails for help and never get a response. Since they are in Sweden our only recourse is to mail a letter to Sweden since they also have no customer service telephone. I am so frustrated with them!
