What is the name of this movie?

I only briefly remember watching a movie some 10 or so years ago. the movie may be older. i remember the two young protagonists hiding from someone in an underground hideout under their front lawn. i believe i remember a pink flamingo being the secret entrance. its bothering me i don't know what it is.
