Do I have any legal recourse against my neighbor whose pet odors permeates my condo?

have you considered calling animal control ... seems like a hoarding situation ... and what condo allows 22 pets ??? the condo i live in, she would be fined 100 dollars a day until the situation was resolved ... hopefully your council can take a firmer stand than a mere 50 dollar fine ...
