Wondering about my results with p90x?

Hey everyone I just started p90x a few days ago and was wondering if anyone who knows the program well could inform me whether or not it will give me the results im hoping for? Im 17 (and a girl) and am already pretty strong and athletic (tri varsity soccer ice hockey lacrosse), but don't have the tone in my muscles and body I want. I practice with my team 1-3 times a week in the summer but want to do p90x along with it as my primary fitness commitment. Through p90x I'm hoping to drop between 10 and 20 lbs of fat and then gain some back in toned muscle and also become more flexible and quick. I understand nutrition well and have that under control. If I continue to follow the program, based on what i've said do you think my goals are attainable?! Thaaank youu!!
