Where should I stay in Las Vegas?

I have been twice (Frontier 1st time, Flamingo 2nd). I enjoyed the pool at the Flamingo, but wanted to try a new place. Looking for 3-4 star. Pool and room comfort is most important for me. Should I just stay at the Flamingo again? Was considering Excalibur also, but there are fees.
