Seller is making repairs on house...do I ahve any say in how they are done?

The seller agreed in writing to make all repairs listed on home inspection in Tennessee. The HVAC unit has to be replaced. The current unit is in the attic and now to save money they are wanting to put it in my bedroom closet. Do I have any recourse if I do not want it in the closet?
