Is The Flamingo on Las Vegas strip loose?

I will be staying at The Flamingo in May, and was wondering if anyone has had luck there. I know that casino's on the strip are usually tight. Thought Flamingo might be looser, since it is one of the older casino's. Any other suggestions for loose gaming on the strip, or where you have had luck? Thanks for any advice. I will mainly be playing slots and some blackjack.
