Getting my hours slashed at Taco Bell?

I have worked for over a year at the same store.I was told they day I was hired I would be working 32 hours a week and was until November last year. In the dead of winter I was told that come summer I would have a 32+ hours schedule, but the winters are always slow. Starting at the beginning of May I was getting around 35 hours. Last week they hired nine employees and now I am back down to a 19 hour schedule again for next week, and they already cut an hour shift from me this week (my longest day). I am wondering if there is any legal recourse at all, because I am trying to support my son and I and it is not getting any easier at all. They act like the bad scheduling is not there problem though they are MY employer.
