Can I file charges against my manager?

To keep it short and sweet. I am in sales and I have 4 managers. My place of employment is in a rough area and I have a concealed weapons permit. I normally carry a concealed weapon which is always concealed. Yesterday one of my managers came up, put his hands on my waist and un-tucked my shirt to reveal my concealed weapon and began to ask about it. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I don't believe anyone has the right to put their hands on me and management has turned a blind eye. I have a credible witness. Is there any recourse?
